Answer) Yes, we offer fully fresh products, and our products are of good quality.
Q.4) Are there any fees for home delivery, or any minimum order value?
Answer) The minimum order value is Rs. 500. If you order products worth more than Rs. 500, then the delivery is free. And, if you order for less than Rs. 500, then Rs. 50 will be charged as the delivery fee.
Q.5) Can the delivered products be returned?
Answer) Yes, the delivered products can be returned if they are in good condition.
Q.6) How would the money be refunded after canceling the order?
The money would be refunded directly to your bank account after opting for order cancellation. The money will reach your bank account within 4-5 days, and it also depends on the bank. If weekends or holidays come in between the refund period, then it may take 2/3 more days to get refunded.

Answer) Yes, you need to register on our website or app to order our products such as fruits, vegetables, and groceries.

Answer) There is an option to Forget your Password on the website near the sign-in option. You can click on that option, then a tab will appear to enter your email address. You will get a mail on your mail id through which you can reset your password. And, then you can use the new password along with your mail id to log in to our website.
Q.9) Do you provide orders on weekends also? What are your delivery hours?
Answer) Yes, we provide orders on weekends also. Our delivery hours are from 8 AM IST to 10 PM IST.
Q.10) Do you charge any extra fees if the order is canceled?
Answer) No, we do not charge any extra fees after a customer cancels the order.
Q.11) What is the process of ordering at the FreshVeg Store?
Answer) You can order through our app or website. You need to register yourself (using your email id and password) to order from us. Then you can add your desired products to the cart. Then, click on the proceed to payment option, and finally, confirm your order.
Q.12) Do you follow the Covid-19 precautions for order delivery?
Answer) Yes, we follow all the precautionary measures during this Covid-19 situation. Our workers in the company use gloves and also wash their hands properly with handwash, and also use hand sanitizers. Our workers in the company and the delivery executives all wear masks.
And, during the order delivery, our delivery executives ring the doorbell or knock at the door, then keep the ordered products outside the home near the door. And, they wait until the customer receives the order. Then, they leave the location.
